Our winter 2010 expansion added more sales offices and the new Payment Center for Rentals and Financing. In January 2010, Principal Broker/Owner Dick Sackett’s daughter, Laura Sackett Clute, moved with her family from Iowa to work with her Dad. Laura and Joann Gibson-Sackett (Dick’s wife) became licensed sales agents and Realtors in April and Laura completed extensive on the job training and became our new Rental Manager April 1st. Julie Decker completed the 30 hour Broker class and test in March and is now the Executive Broker as well as Office Manager and Cheryl Dugan is Closing Coordinator.

Dick Sackett started his own brokerage, OZARK GATEWAY REALTY (OGW LLC) in January 2005. Previously, he was successful in real estate in Iowa and Arkansas. Dick owned and operated Sackett's Inc. - True Value hardware stores complete with general contracting and servicing capabilities for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical as well as constructing homes. He retired as an Army Logistics Colonel and in 2009 was selected for the Field Artillery Hall of Fame.

Ozark Gateway Realty is best known for our “FLAT FEE LISTING PROGRAM” which partners Sellers with Ozark Gateway Realty to sell their property. Flat Fee Listing Commission applies when the Seller successfully shows the property to a buyer procured by Ozark Gateway Realty through their extensive advertising (internet, print, radio, magazines, etc.).
