Dick Sackett started his own brokerage, OZARK GATEWAY REALTY (OGW LLC) in January 2005. Previously, he was successful in real estate in Iowa and Arkansas. Dick owned and operated Sackett's Inc. - True Value hardware stores complete with general contracting and servicing capabilities for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical as well as constructing homes. He retired as an Army Logistics Colonel and in 2009 was selected for the Field Artillery Hall of Fame.

Ozark Gateway Realty is best known for our “FLAT FEE LISTING PROGRAM” which partners Sellers with Ozark Gateway Realty to sell their property. Flat Fee Listing Commission applies when the Seller successfully shows the property to a buyer procured by Ozark Gateway Realty through their extensive advertising (internet, print, radio, magazines, etc.). Ozark Gateway Realty then handles all aspects of the closing process from beginning to end to ensure a smooth transaction. The Flat Fee is collected when the Seller is paid at closing.
